European Union punished Iran for supply of Russian drones

The European Union imposed new sanctions against Iran and its citizens because of Russia’s support in the war with Ukraine and the supply of drones, reports DPA.

The sanctions were introduced against persons and organizations that are involved in the development and supply of Iranian drones to Russia. Persons from the Black Liszt will be prohibited from entering the European Union, and their assets in European banks are frozen.

A detailed list of persons and organizations that have fallen under sanctions until it became public. However, it was previously reported that the European Union plans to impose sanctions against the manufacturer of the unmanned vehicles Shahed – Shahediv Aviation Industries, three Iranian generals and persons who are engaged in the program for creating an UAV for Russia.
