The European Union made a decision on the allocation of 500 million euros through the European Mechanism to promote the world to put the Equipment to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was stated by the official representative of the head of the EU diplomacy Peter Stano.
He explained that the Member States of the European Union, taking into account the requests of Ukraine for arms, were obliged to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“I will add that Member States agree with this decision and that the support of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Bilateral Line also is also being carried out,” said Interfax quoted. According to him, the EU states decide that they will put Ukraine as part of the use of this money.
