Kiev residents can expect “worst winter since the Second World War,” and if the situation develops according to the worst scenario, the evacuation of part of the city’s inhabitants is possible, the mayor of the Ukrainian capital Vitaly Klitschko in an interview with Bild.
According to him, the inhabitants of Kyiv should prepare for the “worst scenario” of widespread power outage at low temperatures.
