Ex-deputy Rafael Jebrailov does not want to see journalists at their court

In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, a preparatory meeting was held in the case of a former deputy of the Milli Majlis Rafael Jebrailov.

According to his own correspondent Haqqin.az, at a meeting with the chairmanship of Judge Ahmed Guliyev, the personal data of the former deputy were clarified.

at the meeting was attended by representatives of the victims Mushev Ourjev, Malahahat Gurbanova and Anara Aliyev.

The lawyer of the former deputy Tarlan Azaev appealed to the judge and asked to exclude the meeting of the media representatives from the hall. The judge replied that the process passes in the open mode.

Then the lawyer requested the judge at the time of the criminal case.

Court meeting postponed until June 24.

It should be noted in the General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General had conducted a preliminary investigation on the criminal case under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan in connection with the illegal actions of the former deputy of the III, IV and V of the parliament Raphael Dzhabrailov.

The consequence of the reasonable suspicions were established that Rafael Jabrailov, being a deputy of Milli Majlis, assigned money from fraud 11 people for a total amount of 2 million 571 thousand manat.

On the basis of collected evidence on the case of Raphael Dzhabrailov charged under Article 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed with big damage). By the decision of the court against the ex-deputy, a preventive measure was elected in the form of an arrest.
