The former Minister of National Security of the Nakhchyansk Autonomous Republic was waged by Aleskerov today, on September 28 he was released from a penitentiary institution, local media said.
On the eve of Aleesskerova’s lawyer – Vugar Khasaev told Haqqin.az that a cassation appeal was considered against his client. According to the lawyer, the Supreme Court reduced the term of imprisonment to Aleskerov to 6 years, 9 months and 20 days. Since this period has already been departed by Aleskerov, since he was in prison since 2016, it was decided to release it.
