Ex-president of Kyrgyzstan Askar Akayev sold his apartment in Moscow to the famous Russian singer Philip Kirkorov. According to HAQQIN.AZ with reference to the Russian media, Akayev owned a two-story penthouse in the Moscow LCD “Filippovsky”. The area of these elite apartments is 537 square meters. The market price of such real estate is almost one billion rubles.
Media notes that Akayev sold an apartment to the Russian performer before his trip to Bishkek. Akayev denies corruption charges, but he still found money to buy a penthouse in Moscow for 13 million dollars.

There are several versions of the sale of Askar Akayev’s apartments. It is argued that Akayev may not fully believe in guarantees its safety and transferred its assets to his children. Either Kirkorov is just the nominal owner of the apartment. According to another version, perhaps Akayev because it flew so quickly and returned to Bishkek, that money from the sale of the apartment paid a guarantee of its safety.
Askar Akayev also knew Philip Kirkorov. The Russian singer sang at the wedding of the son of Akayev with the daughter of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

There are also apartments of the former Ambassador of Azerbaijan in Russia Ramiz Rizaev, the former Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation Andrei Reuse, the former Deputy Minister of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation Vladimir Engelsberg and the Son Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko – Sergey Matvienko.
Ramiz Rizayev from 1993 to 2005 held the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Azerbaijan in Russia.
