An explosion occurred at the Perm Powder Poroshov plant on October 22, the deaths of three people reported, Russian media write.
In May of this year, a fire was already taking place at the factory, then three people died. The factory management commented on what happened only three days later, the criminal case was instituted on the fourth day after the fire.
The company makes charges for the Smerch and Grad reactive systems, air defense systems, air-to-air suspensions, tanks and self-propelled guns, components for sea-based winged missiles and other military products.
