Families of Schehids and participants in war provided 249 thousand social services

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population exercises large -scale measures of social support for members of the families of the Shahids and Veterans of the Patriotic War.

, within the framework of these measures, 113 thousand monthly social payments are assigned 101 thousand people, including members of the Slahids and Veterans of the War, 2.2 thousand insurance payments were made.

Pensions to members of the Slahids families, war disabled people and national heroes since the beginning of 2021 pensions, and since the beginning of 2022, social benefits have been increased by an average of 60 percent.

in the framework of the new program of social support of persons who became disabled as a result of the wounds received during the service in the army before August 2, 1997, and the heirs of the dead were already received by 16.2 thousand people.

In the post -war period, the housing program was expanded 5 times. The families of the Schehids, the disabled of the war were transferred to 4,000 apartments and private houses, and more than 300 vehicles disabled people. A total of 13,000 people from these categories were provided with apartments and private houses, more than 7,500 people with disabilities received as a result of military operations were provided with cars.

Also in the post-war period, 11 thousand people received 34 thousand services of socio-psychological support and rehabilitation services. 367 disabled people of the I and II of the Karabakh wars were provided with 382 units of high -tech modern prostheses. 1709 war disabled people are provided with 28 thousand units of rehabilitation funds.

The employment of 15.6 thousand people, including members of the Slahids and participants in the war, is ensured. Including 8.8 thousand people were involved in the self -employment program.

In joint coordination centers created in June last year, services were provided with 63.6 thousand people, including members of the Slahids families, military personnel who were injured in the war, and disabled warfare.

In general, in the post -war period, a package of social support of the members of the Schehids, participants in the war, victims of Armenian terrorism, which covered 119 thousand people who provided 249 thousand social support services, was implemented.
