The hotline “112” of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information that a BMW car overturned in the Binagadi region of Baku.
According to the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the rescue forces of the Special Risk Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations involved in the scene removed one person from a deformed car, who received various injuries, as well as the body of 27-year-old Madatov Shahin Gulverdi oglu.
