The reason for the first refill in the National Assembly of Armenia was the question of the Mkutar “Iaistan” (“Armenia”), Mkhitar Zakaryan and Arthur Sargsyan, reports Sputnikarming.
The representatives of the block noted that the Parliament cannot elect leadership in the absence (in arresting) two parliamentarians. In addition, without solving the legislature, arrest to deputies are not applicable.

The representative of the majority “Civil Agreement” Vladimir Vardanyan stated that the decision was made before receiving the mandate and the question does not apply to this situation.
Deputies began to speak with mutual complaints. The leading meeting of the prince of Hasanov several times unsuccessfully tried to continue the meeting. In response, the opposition began to beat hands on the table.
In the end, the deputies from the “Iyastan” block demanded a 20-minute break, which Hasanov agreed.
