Vessel Solana supernanker with about 2 million barrels of American oil on board arrived in the Spanish port of Bilbao in mid -April, after which he went to Rotterdam and Wilhelmshafen, writes Bloomberg with reference to data shows shows.
According to the agency, this is the first oil superetanker to arrive from the United States to Europe in six years. Typically, American oil is delivered to Europe on smaller vessels with a carrying capacity of 600 thousand to 1 million barrels.
