Police officers arrested the head of one of the cultural houses operating on the territory of the Ojar district of Rafail Guseynov (1969), according to APA.
According to the information, the decision of the Ujar District Court in his respect, a preventive measure was elected in the form of an arrest for 3 months. R. Huseynov is accused of article 153 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (depraved actions).
Note that R. Huseynov is accused of committing depraved action towards the girl 2008.R.
