Foreign Minister of Kyrgyz and Kuwait discussed prospects for development of bilateral interaction

In Tashkent, a meeting of Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyz and Kuwait, Jeenbek Kulubaev and Abdullah Ali Al-Yyya took place, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kr.

The parties discussed the possibilities and prospects of activating bilateral interaction between Kyrgyzstan and Kuwait in political, trade, economic, investment and other areas.

The interlocutors emphasized the importance of exchangeing visits at the highest and high levels to strengthen political dialogue between the two countries, and also exchanged views on topical issues of the international and regional situation.

Kulubaev invited the Kuwait side to take an active part in the investment forum of the Central Asian countries planned for July at Issyk-Kul and the Cooperation Cooperation Council of the Arab states of the Persian Gulf.

In turn, the Kuwaitian minister expressed gratitude for the invitation and emphasized the need to use such sites to strengthen investment cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Kuwait.

The meeting was held as part of the Strategic Dialogue “Central Asia – the Council of Cooperation of the Arab States of the Persian Gulf”.
