Azerbaijan held successful anti -terrorist events in Karabakh in order to restore its sovereignty in this region of the country. This was stated by the Foreign Minister of Turkey Hakan Fidan.
“The operation was very purposeful, Azerbaijan took steps to ensure its own sovereignty,” the minister said.
The diplomat emphasized that anti -terrorist events were carried out in such a way that it was possible to avoid victims among the civilian population.
He also commented on the statement of the Karabakh separatists about the self-observation of the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh Republic
“The so-called Armenian political education in the region has self-released. Currently, there is a process of reintegration of ethnic Armenians (to Azerbaijani society), their return to the normal direction of life within the framework of the Azerbaijan Constitution,” he said.
noting that this is a rather difficult process, Fidan expressed confidence that he “will end without any human casualties, without further dramas and tragedies.”
