Moscow in a timely manner took measures to reduce risks from the actions of the West, more actively passes on calculations in the national scientists, including with Azerbaijan. “We began to take measures to reduce the risks associated with actually unclean actions of the West in the global economy,” said Gonchar, answering the question of how the crisis in Russia’s relations with the West on the cooperation of Moscow with Azerbaijan and with other republics of the near abroad.
“according to existing expert estimates, about 30% of the entire Russian trade with Azerbaijan is carried out in rubles. The architecture of Russian-Azerbaijani economic relations is generally little suspended by external negative factors and quickly adapts to non-standard situations,” the diplomat emphasized.
