The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine criticized the final joint declaration of the countries of the Group twenty.

“G20 participants adopted the final declaration. However, part of Ukraine could be more close to reality,” he said.
He indicated that in the declaration it was necessary to note that Russia was waging a war against Ukraine instead of words about the “war in Ukraine”, and also emphasized that it was the Russian Federation, and not “all countries”, should refrain from using force for territorial conquering.
“Ukraine is grateful to partners who tried to include strong formulations in the text. At the same time, there is nothing to proud of the group of Russian aggression against Ukraine against Ukraine,” Nikolenko said.
He noted that it is obvious that the participation of the Ukrainian side would allow the participants to better understand the situation, and emphasized that the principle of “nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine” remains key more than ever.
