In the Bardinian district prosecutor’s office, on the basis of the appeal of citizens in the facts of the illegal actions of the former chief accountant of the local power grid of the Central-Aran Regional Department of Energy Saving and Sales of OJSC “Azerishg” Ilham Huseynova, an investigation was conducted. This was reported in the supervisory authority.
The investigation had reasonable suspicions that I. Hyuseinov, injured by his official position, in July last year he took 3,000 manat from a citizen of Orhan Yusifova, giving him a false promise to work at the power engineer to the office of the controller.
In addition, it was found that in August last year, Ex-Glavbukh demanded a bribe of 4,000 manat from his familiar hafise, giving him the same promise.
I.Guseinov was charged under articles 178.2.2 (fraud made repeatedly), 178.2.3 (fraud committed by a person using his official position) and 32.4.312.2 (incitement to the country of bribes) of the Criminal Code of the AP. By the decision of the court, the preventive measure was elected in the form of an arrest.
