In the Ganja Court in grave crimes, the trial of the former chairman of the Dashkesan district branch of the public association of persons with disabilities, veterans of the Karabakh war and the families of Shekhid Bakhtiyar Ismailov and Myaniaria Nazaralya, accused of false appointment of the degree of disability and other types of fraud against citizens.
According to APA, the sentence was announced at the court hearing chaired by the judge Elmina Rustamov.
According to the sentence, Ismailov sentenced to 6 years in prison. A preventive measure in the form of a subscription on the wrong season was replaced by arrest, and Ismailov was arrested in the courtroom.
m. Nazaralyaeva was sentenced to conditional punishment with a trial period of 4 years.
We note, V.Ismailov is accused of obtaining bribes and assignment of 119 thousand 600 manat, M.Nazaralyeva – in the assignment of 8,500 manat.
