SpaceX officers dismissed in 2022, California went to the California court with a claim for a billionaire of Ilon Mask.
Former employees of the American Cosmic Technology Company company claim that they were fired “for criticizing working conditions” and a letter addressed to the management, in which they compared the working environment with the “Private for Animals”.
The plaintiffs claim that four authors were dismissed immediately after the letter was received for consideration by the leadership, the rest – at the end of the internal trial.
As evidence in the statement of claim includes mask posts on social networks, which the plaintiffs called shameful.
Dismissed employees of the company claim that their complaints about an inappropriate working environment in SpaceX were often ignored. The plaintiffs demanded from the company financial compensation on the grounds that they were “fired unfairly.”
