A preliminary hearing in the Baku Court of Crime was held in the criminal case of the former vice president of the Kikboxing Federation and Sambo Azerbaijan, professional athlete Sabukhi Vagif Oglu (Sabukhi Rajab).
According to Haqqin.az, today at the meeting, chaired by Judge Ali Mamedov, the questionnaire’s questionnaires were clarified. Rajab asked to postpone the consideration of the criminal case, as he was not familiar with the indictment. Preliminary hearing was postponed to June 13th.
Sabukhi Rajab found guilty of fraud for 341 thousand manat against three people. He was charged under article 178.3.2 (fraud on an especially large scale) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
