The prosecutor’s office of the Agdash region received an appeal from a local resident that his acquaintance Parvin Aliyev (born in 1987) appropriated his money.
During the investigation, reasonable suspicions arose that P. Aliyev promised to employ a friend of a friend in the state department, receiving 7,500 manat from him.
A criminal case has been instituted on this fact under articles 178.2.4 (fraud with causing significant damage) and 32.4, 312.1 (incitement to giving a bribe) of the Criminal Code of Ar.
The investigation continues.
