In the Ganjani Court of Crime, the process was held in the case of 7 accused in the Terter case – Orhan Babaev, Emin Aibov, Zaura Abdullaev, led Khalilova, Nijat Rzayev, Nijat Guluzade and Yalchyn Tannrygside.
According to haqqin.az, the case was returned to the investigation for re -consideration.
Another decision on the Terter’s case was made in the Ganjin Court of Appeal. The court abolished the verdict to Emil Aliyev, who left 5 years of imprisonment, and returned the materials on the case to the court of first instance for re -consideration.
At the beginning of this month, the Ganzhinsky Court of Appeal canceled the sentence to 11 to the persons passing in the Terther case and sent them to the court of first instance.
