The State Fire Supervision Service of the Ministry of Emergencies continues to carry out the tasks assigned to it to ensure fire safety in Azerbaijan.
The press service of the Ministry of Emergencies reported that on June 24, a fire occurred on Javanshir Street in the city of AGSU. There was a threat of fire spread throughout the district, including the gas line. Thanks to the efforts of firefighters, fire was promptly extinguished.
Councils of civil service were held measures to establish the reasons and possible guilty persons. As a result, a local resident of Gasimov Tural, who is suspected of intentional harm, was detained. T. Gasimov admitted that he had a fire while intoxicated.
Currently, an investigation is being conducted.
