This morning, Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations, Lieutenant General Etibar Mirzoev in the Galaalta recreation center held an operational meeting in connection with the fires.
According to the Ministry of Emergencies, the event was attended by the responsible persons of the relevant structures of the Ministry of Emergencies, the heads of the executive branch of the Syplensky and Shabran districts, and the heads of law enforcement agencies operating in these areas. It was noted that only over the past day the republic was registered 154 fires, 38 of which falls in the Northern Region. At the meeting, work was discussed in the direction of preventing the distribution and extinguishing of fires, appropriate instructions for the implementation of the necessary and emergency measures were given.
Also, E. Mirzoev met with citizens vacationing in the Galaalt recreation center. He noted that the corresponding necessary measures were taken to prevent fire hazard, there is no threat.
