The former compound commander Lieutenant General Rovshan Akperov, found guilty of intentional murder of an Azerbaijani businessman 20 years ago in Ukraine and sentenced to 10 years in prison, have arisen health problems.
According to Haqqin.az, the Akperov is currently undergoing treatment at the medical institution of the penitentiary service.
According to the report, R. Akper is in a medical institution under the supervision of doctors due to chronic diseases: “At present, his state of health is stable, there is no danger to life.”
