Georgian parliament ratified the agreement “On Cooperation in the Field of Defense between the Government of Georgia and the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic.”
This was reported by the press service of the legislative body.
“The areas of cooperation, a certain agreement, are: military education, exercises and training, defense and security policy, cooperation within the framework of the NATO Partnership program, military legislation, military topography, military medicine, cybersecurity in the field of defense, social , sports and cultural events, ”the report said.
The agreement involves the cooperation of the parties in such formats as official visits and working meetings, bilateral negotiations, consultations and exchange of experience, exchange of information representing common interest, participation in conferences and seminars.
The agreement between Azerbaijan and Georgia was signed on April 24 in Baku.
