In fact, a criminal case has been instituted under Art. 152.1 (sexual intercourse with a person who has not reached 16 years of age, or other sexual actions) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, is the investigation.
The incident occurred in the village of Ketalparag whose inhabitants demanded that the relatives of the rapists immediately leave the village.
It is reported that indignant residents attacked a store belonging to the father of one of the rapists.
The victim’s family was visited by the head of the Yves district of Vidadi Isaev and police officers. The investigation continues.
