Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
According to information received from diplomatic sources, Fidan met with his Russian colleague Lavrov in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where a meeting of foreign ministers of the G20 countries.
During the meeting, the parties discussed high -level visits planned for the coming period, bilateral and regional events.
Minister Fidan handed it to his colleague that Turkey hopes for the diplomatic decision of the Ukrainian war with the participation of all parties. According to him, Turkey supports all initiatives to maintain regional stability and prosperity.
The ministers also discussed the difficult humanitarian situation in gas and possible steps to solve problems in this direction.
