Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ONJU KECHELI said that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, as part of his visit to the United States, will meet with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
According to him, Minister Fidan as part of the contact group of the Islamic cooperation organization (OIS) and the League of the Arab states (LAG) is in the USA.
The spokeswoman noted that the contact group will meet with Blinken.
Having reported that the minister, at the request of the American side, will hold a bilateral meeting with Blinken, he added that Fidan also planned a meeting with representatives of analytical centers.
He noted that the contact group on Saturday will hold meetings in Canada. According to him, two separate meetings are planned with Canada Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Foreign Minister Melanie Jolie.
