He stressed that thanks to its special attention to the legality and validity of criminal cases, activities aimed at a comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of all cases in production, a properly built methodology and tactics of the investigation, competently carried out by the investigative actions required by the level of procedural Guides, as well as professionalism and perseverance staff, 99% of registered crimes, including 100% of crimes against life and health have been disclosed.
