Head of CIA went to Moscow and warned from war against Kiev

The American TV channel CNN claims that the director of the CIA William Burns visited Moscow on the instructions of US President Joe Bayden to warn the Kremlin that Russia’s movements near the border of Ukraine are monitored.

In the reporting of the TV channel, with reference to informed sources, it is reported that at meetings with high-ranking Russian officials, the head of the CIA tried to warn Russia from plans for carrying out offensive operations.

It is also argued that the Biden administration in recent days has intensified its efforts to deoxize the growing tensions in relations between Moscow and Kiev. According to the interlocutors of the publication, after meetings in Russia, Burns held a telephone conversation with the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in an attempt to discharge this tension. To support these efforts on November 4, a high-ranking officer of the State Department was sent to Kiev.
