Head of US National Intelligence: Russia has a serious shortage of weapons reserves

Russia spends its military reserves “wasteful pace.” So said US National Intelligence Director Everyl Hinse, she is quoted by the Voice of America.

According to Hines, Russian forces faced a serious shortage of supplies, especially high -precision weapons, such as cruise missiles. Moscow is forced to turn to countries such as Iran and North Korea, for deliveries and equipment, including drones, artillery shells and missiles, says the head of exploration of the United States.

International sanctions and export control measures introduced against Russia expose its technological weaknesses, Hinse said.
