In order to prevent publications aimed at undermining social and political stability, violation of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen, as well as to strengthen the defense capacity of the state, those publications on social networks have been invited to the Prosecutor General’s Office. Their measures were adopted in their respect.
Social Network users Mirzali Yalchin Yashar Oglu, Huseynov Ilham Telman Oglu, Abbasly Nizami Assadulla oglu, Isaev Afghan Anvar Oglu and azads Rasim Alif oglu in the manner prescribed by Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Prosecutor’s Office”, were warned about the inadmissibility of such actions .
With regard to Aliyev Namia Samad oglu in connection with the placement of information offensive, slanderous nature on the social network Facebook began proceedings on the case of an administrative offense under Article 388-1.1.1 of the Administrative Corporate Code. After that, the case was sent to the Binagadinsky District Court of the city of Baku for consideration. According to the court decision, with respect to Namia Aliyev, a sentence is elected in the form of an administrative arrest for a period of 1 month.
