The Saatlin District Prosecutor’s Office received an appeal to establish a unreasonable disability in the Central District Hospital.
As reported in the prosecutor’s office of the district, during the investigation it was established that the Deputy Director – the head physician of Saatlinskaya CRH, Adem Aliyev, together with other hospital officials, faked medical documents in the name of a relative who addressed him in connection with the receipt of benefits due to violations Brain circulation.
In the report of the preparators, it is noted that the chief physician made obviously false information, while the patient was not disabled. Saatlin district branch of the State Fund for Social Protection appointed a manual, which in the amount of 2 thousand 976 manat received a man from June 1 to December 31, 2019.
In the Prosecutor’s Office of the Saatlinsky district, a criminal case was initiated under articles 308.1 (abuse of authority) and 313 (official forge) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
