according to available data, the lowest temperature in the northern regions – 14.2 degrees of frost – was recorded in the village of Khinalyg Lips.
In the district center of the lip, 9 cm of snow fell, 16 in Khinalyga – 16, Khaltan – 14, Gryza – 12, in the village of Altyaagadzh, the Khizinsky district – 7 cm.
Due to the heavy snowfall, the roads leading to the remote villages of the Gubinsky district were impassable, but currently the highways are open in all directions.
The most serious problems with the passage are recorded on the roads of the Guba-Gusar and Guba-Khynalyg.
It is difficult to move cars on corners, descents and lifts of the Guba-Gusar road passing through the territory of the village of Digah. On -duty brigades of local departments of the State Agency of Azerbaijan, located in the lip and hussar, as well as traffic police, were involved in this territory.
Currently, on the roads of Guba-Gusar and Guba-Kynalyg are operating on duty brigades equipped with heavy equipment.
