Georgia has long earned membership in the European Union. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary Peter Siyyarto.
“The expansion policy can very easily become a history of great success for the European Union,” wrote a diplomat on his Facebook page.
According to Siyyarto, during the chairmanship of the EU Council in 2024, Hungary will make all the necessary efforts so that Georgia advances as soon as possible to negotiating the entry into the European Union.
