Hungary agreed to let Sweden and Finland in NATO

The Hungarian government supports the membership of Sweden and Finland to NATO and submitted documents on ratification to the National Assembly (the country’s parliament). This was announced to reporters by the head of the apparatus of Prime Minister Gergeli Gulyash.

According to him, the parliament ratifies the applications of the two countries no later than mid -December.

The question of whether NATO will become stronger with the accession of Finland and Sweden, Gulyash replied that “hoping for this.”
