Deputy Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Massimo Aparo will visit Iran next week. This was announced by the Iranian permanent representative with international organizations in Vienna Czem Garib-Abadi, reports Irna.
According to him, the visit of the Deputy Director of the IAEA to Tehran is carried out in accordance with the usual guarantees and under the Non-Proliferation Treaty.
“Although we are in constant contact with the agency, no meeting (between Massimo Aparo and the Iranian authorities) in Tehran is not planned,” he clarified.
