In the coming days, a lawsuit begins with regard to the former head of the office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the population of Audar Jabiyev (Ajdar Ol).
According to HaqQin.az, the preliminary investigation in the Jabiyev criminal case is completed. The materials of the criminal case are sent to the Baku Court of Grave Crimes. The criminal case is in the production of the judge of Afghan Hajiyev.
Note that Ajdar Jabiyev, accused of obtaining a bribe in a major amount, was detained by state security service. According to the investigative body against Jabiyev, the Sabail district court elected a preventive measure in the form of imprisonment for a period of 4 months.
We also note that Ashard Ol worked as the head of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, when the department led Salim Muslims, and also engaged in writing activities.
