Chairman of the Union of Children of Azerbaijan Kamaly Agazade, told local media that the incident was recorded in the center of speech therapy and psychological rehabilitation of Mehnur, located near the Nefrochlar metro station in Baku.
According to Agazade, the personnel were made a few days ago, and she already reported this to law enforcement agencies.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a request from journalists reported that the issue has already been taken under control, an investigation is being carried out. Depending on the results of the investigation, a legal assessment will be given.
