On the territory of the Novokakhovsky city district, due to the destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, they introduced the emergency mode.
The relevant order was signed by the “head” of the pro -Russian new Kakhovka Vladimir Leontyev.
“Introduce the emergency regime for the relevant governing bodies and forces of the Unified State System for the Prevention and Extraordination of Emergencies in the Novokakhovsky City District from 12 hours 00 minutes on June 6, 2023,” the document says.
Earlier, Leontiev said that a significant part of the infrastructure facilities, as well as some houses in the new Kakhovka are already flooded.
Due to the uncontrolled discharge of water, the Damia of the hydroelectric power station continues.
Part of the new Kakhovka is temporarily disconnected from electricity.
