In east of India, more than hundred villages flooded floods

In the state of Assam in India due to floods caused by heavy rains, 108 villages were flooded, 115 thousand people were forced to leave their homes.

According to Ani News, the element also affected the neighboring Butan – the Buddhist kingdom on the southern border of the Eastern Himalayas.

Local residents report that they have lost all property, and except at the walls of dams, there is nowhere to sleep.

In areas affected by flooding, many roads and bridges have come into an unsuitable state.

The ASSAMA spontaneous disaster department noted that the water level exceeded a dangerous mark, there are more and more territories under water.
