Iran announced the exposure of the four “operational groups”, allegedly related to Israeli intelligence “Mossad”, reports Anadola.
According to the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence, the detainees were preparing terrorist attacks during protest in the Islamic Republic.
“The Zionist regime, taking advantage of the protests that broke out in various regions of the country, sought to carry out many terrorist acts with the help of individual groups. All terrorists were caught,” the statement said.
The ministry did not provide data on the number and personalities of the detainees.
