In the Mazhilis of Kazakhstan, the amendments were adopted, according to which the first President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev will lose their lifelong law of the presidency in the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the Security Council, the Kazakh media report.
According to the deputy, all the necessary amendments to the constitutional laws on the “First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Ebbasi”, “On the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan” and “On the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in terms of the fact that now the chairmanship in the ANC and SOF is rightfully belonging to the president President of Kazakhstan – by office, and not by personality, sent to the Senate.
At the same time, he noted that Kazakhstan needs to destroy political monopolies in the economy and deal with financial currency fluxes related to the export of minerals, make them transparent.
