In law enforcement agencies, a criminal case was initiated in connection with the discovery of August 31 in the Sabail district of the capital of Eldar Gurbanov’s body (1972) with bodily injury.
As reported by Haqqin.az in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Sabail district, during the investigation it turned out that on August 30 at 01:00 in the apartment on the street Elchin Azizov in the Sabail district, a resident of the capital Ruslan Aleshkin (1975) and his familiar Marat Hamidov And Eldar Gurbanov drank alcohol, after that R. Chashkin during the conflict with E.Gurbanov on the basis of personal relationships struck the last numerous blows to the fist and foot on the head and killed him.
R. Alshkin is detained as a suspect and attracted to the consequence.
In the Prosecutor’s Office of the Sabail district, a criminal case was initiated under Article 120.1 (intentional killing) of the Criminal Code. The investigation in the criminal case continues.
