In Azerbaijan, areas of activity and services are identified, where the requirement of carrying masks remains in strength after 06:00 on May 31. This is reflected in the amendment to solving the Cabinet of Ministers “On the requirements for the use of personal protective equipment during a special quarantine mode.”
According to the decree, to prevent the proliferation of coronavirus (COVID-19) on the territory of Azerbaijan, the means of individual protection (medical mask, tissue mask, respirator, etc.) should be used in the following cases:
– in vehicles used for long-distance (interdistrict) and intracity (intraranso) passenger traffic (buses, taxis, metro, railway, etc.);
– in closed markets, closed catering facilities, trade and service (except in cases where it is necessary to remove the means of individual protection of respiratory organs, depending on the type of services provided in these objects);
– in rooms intended for the reception of citizens and servicing citizens in the buildings of state bodies (institutions);
– In the premises of buildings belonging to individuals and legal entities that are used to serve customers;
– in offices and in open-air production sites;
– in closed places, places of religious worship, scientific and medical institutions, social, cultural and other similar closed objects;
Violation of the requirements of this decision entails the responsibility established by the Code of Administrative Offers.
