In the US State Department, an anonymous official accused Russian media in the disinformation campaign against Ukraine. Among the participants of the campaign are called RT, Sputnik, RIA Novosti. No evidence was presented to the accusations, RIA Novosti reports.
A representative of the State Department said that Russian state-owned media controlled by the State, such as RT and Sputnik, play a key role in how Russia uses disinformation to promote its foreign policy.
