Turkish law enforcement officers during the operation in Chanlyurf detained the PKK terrorist, who was preparing a new terrorist attack. He and his four alleged accomplices received an order to organize an explosion from Syria, TRT Haber reports.
Intelligence and the Office for Combating the Terrorism of the Department of Security of the Province of Chanlyurf established that the PKK militant from the Syrian city of Kobani tried to illegally penetrate the Turkey.
During interrogation, he admitted that he is a citizen of Syria, and he was sent to Chanlyurf to organize a new terrorist attack.
Together with the militant, four more people were detained. Three of them were arrested because their connection with the terrorists was confirmed.
