In the state of Montana, the USA “Regional Cooperation 23” is held with the participation of military personnel of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and the USA, according to the website of the Central Command of the United States.

“The exercises are aimed at strengthening relations between participating countries, as well as to increase potential and opportunities for collaboration,” the report said.

It is reported that more than 230 participants in the Fort Harrison exercises at the first stage create a knowledge base of the process of making military decisions or MDMP, and then, after the official start of events, the staff from the USA and partner countries jointly reacts to the threat of international security.
