In the new bill “On Higher Education”, clarity was made, in what cases of students will be deducted from universities.
According to APA, in the preliminary version of the bill, it was noted that the student is deducted from the university at his own request, when transferring to other universities, with a rough violation of the internal order of the institution, as of health state (on the basis of the conclusion of the medical and consulting commission), in the case of If he did not register for participation in the next year and did not support contact with the university until the end of the autumn semester of the specified academic year.
If the persons expelled from the university on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Military Duty and Military Service” have not recovered to study at the university within six months, they lose the right to delay from calling to the army and are called upon military service on common grounds. Official information about persons who have lost the right to delay, within a week, is provided by the rector of the university to government agencies in which they are at military registration.
